Convenience is everything, and ordering food with the click of a button is the new norm – whether it’s delivered fresh or frozen. Our initial focus when we opened was providing fresh prepared foods locally for corporate catering events, but over the years (and especially during the pandemic) we pivoted into providing prepared frozen foods for home delivery that would last much longer.
Our Carolina-style barbeque meats, part of our Piedmont BBQ line, are unique because they are already smoked/cooked for you, then pulled, packaged, vacuum-sealed and frozen to maintain ultimate freshness in a BPA-free bag. This concept provides you with convenient, already cooked proteins in your freezer when you need a quick meal. They can easily be heated up placing the bag in boiling water on your stovetop and ready in less than 15 minutes. Our Piedmont Plant-based stews and chilis can be ready in the same amount of time too.
Our other popular product line, Piedmont Mains, features high-quality premium meats such as chicken wings, pork tenderloin and flank steaks prepared in a variety of delicious marinades. Once thawed, each item is ready to grill, bake or air fry so you can have a main entrée ready in under 30 minutes. Pair it with your favorite sides for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
