Flank Steak Grilling Tips on the Gas Grill:                                                        

Our Lime Tamari Marinated Flank Steak is one of our favorites included in the Cookout in a Box!

Owner Brad Coolidge says the easiest way to prepare our flank steak (based on the thickness of the meat) is simple:

- Turn the grill to high heat

- Cook 5 minutes on one side, flip the steak and cook another 5 minutes.

- The proper way to slice: Diagonal to the grain, about a quarter to a half an inch per slice.
